I like how this reads so smoothly and subtly. Your final line both flows effortlessly from the previous ones, and can also be the “jolt” that traditionally ends haiku. This sorta grace doesn’t come from force or work, but only through receptivity.
“Suprasternal notch” … because nothing says “eroticism” like medical terminology!
